Zenergy Recruitment Process
When applying for a job with Zenergy it is our aim to ensure that the process is as stress free as possible. Our process is as follows;
• We match your skills and experience to the position being offered
• We then will arrange an interview with one of our consultants which will focus on both behavioral based and competency based questions to ensure that we won’t waste your time by sending you out to interviews with clients that are not right for you
• Once we have determined your fit for the role, we will send your details out to the employer for their study
• If they are interested in you as a candidate we will arrange a meeting for you and the employer
From there if you are the right fit for the role and the role is a positive step for you, we arrange for reference and qualification checking then help with any arrangements needed for the transition to your new employer.
If the role or client is not quite right for you, the process doesn’t stop there!
Due to our specialisation, the right role for you may be right around the corner so our consultants will keep you up to date with any new vacancies that come available that would be suitable for you.
