Zenergy Recruitment wants you to feel confident using our website. In order to gain your confidence Zenergy's Website Privacy Statement has been included on line so as to provide you with a clear indication of how Zenergy complies with privacy legislation.

If you visit an area of the Zenergy Website to which you are not required to log on in order to read, browse or download information, Zenergy's systems may record the date and time of your visit, the pages visited and any information downloaded. Zenergy's systems will not record any information that would identify you personally without your consent.

Any personal information that you submit to Zenergy through the Website will only be used for the following purposes:

Candidate Information submitted and obtained from a Candidate and other sources in connection with applications for employment Candidate information submitted and obtained from a Contractor and other sources in connection with applications for contracting projects/assignments. Work Quality Evaluation Assessments Information about incidents in the workplace; Employee Records (Personal Information pertaining to Internal and External staff - as defined) Information submitted and obtained in relation to absences from work due to leave, illness or other causes; Information obtained to assist in managing client and business relationships. If you complete an online registration form on an Zenergy Website, the information that you enter into the form will only be collected if you actually submit the form (by post, in person or via the Internet).

Zenergy may also use the information collected to notify you about changes to our Websites, and to inform you of services, opportunities and special events that Zenergy believes that you'll find valuable.

Cookies are used to maintain session information between your browser and Zenergy application, and are required for Zenergy's application to operate. Zenergy allocates a cookie to each Internet browser that visits its Website.

IP Address
Zenergy's web servers gather your IP address to help diagnose problems with our service, to administer our site, and to gather broad demographic information. Demographic information is gathered in aggregate only and cannot be traced to an individual user.

Registration Form
Registration with Zenergy is completely optional. A Zenergy registration form requires users to provide an email address. We require this information in order to provide additional free services such as Job Mail and resume creation. To complete the registration process, you must choose an username and password. You may also choose to record your first and last name. This information will automatically populate the relevant fields when and if you use Zenergy's online application facility.

We may use this information to send users information about Zenergy (eg, a newsletter by email). Users may opt-out of receiving this information.

If you forget your login name and/or password you can request that we provide this information to you.

Job Mail
Job Mail is a free and optional service. It requires users to complete an Zenergy registration process and to give information about the types of vacancies they are interested in. This information creates a "Job Mail profile". A Job Mail profile can only be viewed by the person who created it (or anyone whom that user gives his or her user name and password to). Users who sign up for Job Mail will receive an automated email message from a Zenergy email address nominated by the user. The email will contain details of job vacancies that match the user's criteria. It may also contain messages from Zenergy advertisers or partners and messages from Zenergy.
Email will be sent whenever suitable vacancies are published on the Zenergy Website, but not more than once per day.

Creating a resume
Resume creation is a free and optional service. It requires users to complete Zenergy's registration process and to complete a form listing contact details and work history. The resume is stored on the Zenergy site.
Users can choose to keep this information private, or to make the resume available to authorised clients. All data contained in your resume will be viewable by authorised clients if you choose this option.

A private resume can only be viewed by the person who posted it (or anyone whom that user gives his or her user name and password to). If a user allows access by Zenergy Consultants, they may view all user details including name and contacts, as supplied by the user when completing the resume form.

Online applications
Online application is a free and optional service that does not require registration. It requires you to complete mandatory fields (first name, last name, phone and email). You can choose to write or attach a cover letter and attach a resume previously stored with Zenergy or on your own computer. This email will be directly sent to the Zenergy Branch with whom you have registered.

User Feedback
Zenergy welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site.
Zenergy stores feedback that users send to us. This feedback is used to administer and refine Zenergy service, and, at times, may be shared with Zenergy's partners either in aggregate form or with specific identifying characteristics (eg, email address, name) removed. We may also use the information and ideas you send us to improve or promote the site, but we will not publish your name in association with any information you provide without contacting you and gaining your permission.

Confidentiality of Personal Information
Zenergy recognises that information related to your job search is highly personal and sensitive. Access to your personal information is provided by use of your username and password. You are responsible for ensuring the privacy and security of your username. You may choose to send or store personal information with a Zenergy. This could include job applications sent directly via email to Zenergy, or making your resume available for searching by Zenergy Consultants. These services are optional. Your resume privacy preferences may be edited at any time. Zenergy will not sell, trade, rent, lend or give your personal information to others without your authorisation. If you contact us with a request for assistance in using site features or report an error, authorised Zenergy Staff may access your user registration details solely in order to diagnose your problem and identify solutions.

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us.

Delete/Unsubscribe Information
