when finding a Job
When applying for a Job with the Zenergy Recruitment team, we aim to make is enjoyable, stress free as possible.
Our process is as follows:
1 - We match you to the position offered
2 - Arrange an interview with ourselves where you will complete a Skills assessment test for the position/field you are applying to.
3 - Send the result to the employer for further study
4 - If they are interested in you as a candidate, we will arrange a meeting in person with the Employer.
5 - Make all the neccessary arrangements needed for your new position
